IZZI and Profil Klett
IZZI is a brand, product and service owned, developed and managed by Profil Klett Ltd., publisher registered at Hektorovićeva 2, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.
What information do we collect from visitors?
We collect two types of information regarding our Visitors and Clients:
- Un-identified and non-identifiable information pertaining to a Visitor or un-identified User, which may be made available to us, or collected automatically by your use of the Services (“Non-personal Information”).
Such Non-personal Information does not enable us to identify the Visitor or User from whom it was collected. The Non-personal Information collected by us consists of technical and aggregated usage information, such as Visitors’ and Users’ browsing and ‘click-stream’ activity on the Services, session heatmaps and scrolls, non-identifying information regarding the Visitor’s or User’s device, operating system, internet browser, screen resolution, language and keyboard settings, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, etc. - Individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable efforts cause the identification of an individual, or may be of private or sensitive nature (“Personal Information”).
The Personal Information collected by us mainly consists of contact details (e.g., e-mail address or phone number), Company details (name of company). Further company details such as name of company representative, address, legal and transaction details are only collected from Users with Paid Services and are covered by IZZI License Agreement.
Personal Data Contents
For general inquiries, newsletter subscription and quote requests we collect relevant data to provide named services.
By submitting a contact form on izzi.digital the visitor consents to providing the given personal data to Profil Klett Ltd, company owner of IZZI brand and product. Profil Klett manages received personal data securely and does not use it for any other purpose than what the visitor has actively consented to. When necessary, we forward the personal data to third persons such as Newsletter provider, Site analytics services such as Google Analytics etc. However, your personal information is never sold or commercialised in any manner.

- Email address
- Phone number
- Company name
- Country
- IZZI newsletter opt-in

Rights
- You have the right to know what personal data is stored of you in the registry.
- You have the rights to delete your personal data from the registry.
- You have a right to raise a complaint in case of doubt of personal data misuse.

Data processing Safety and Security
All personal data is processed confidentially. Personal data is accessible only to Profil Klett’s employees who require access in order to perform their duties and provide you with the services you opted for. The registry file is stored electronically and is secured with appropriate information security measures.

IZZI website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (‘Google’). Google Analytics uses ‘cookies’ which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site.
If you consent to the use of cookies on this website, information will be generated by the Google Analytics cookie about your use of the website. This information will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers within the EU and in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of:
